L-CARNITINE PURE is a special formula from Max Titanium, developed with L-carnitine and B-complex vitamins, which contribute to energy supply during physical activity.
L-carnitine is linked to lipid metabolism because it acts as a transporter of long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria, so that they can be oxidised to serve as a source of muscle energy.
The B-complex vitamins, such as thiamine (vitamin B1) and pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), contribute to protein, carbohydrate and fat metabolism and energy metabolism, promoting performance during exercise.
